Today I am going to talk about why I am putting so much effort into codeculturepro and what the goal behind it is.
The short and sweet answer is, to lift up the coder's culture in Pakistan and help students lift up in the tech industry. But my question is
Why in the Tech industry in the whole world are Indians taking over and Pakistan is not anywhere close?

I have Indian colleagues and here also their representation is more than 66 percent and no matter what, they are competent and very professional. I also love a lot working with them.
I asked my friend how India is leading in the field of Computer Science and Tech industry in the whole world not only in the Tech industry but also in the banking sector, investment sector, etc.
For the Tech. He told me there is a name/culture IIT. The smartest persons from all over India get filed and they get here in the community of IIT. But I asked what the curriculum was.
Is it some special beyond the regular one?
He told me it's not about the curriculum. It's about having the most determined people from all around the Country in the right place, direction, and right culture which is producing the right results.
It got hit directly my mind and I was amazed that it is not very difficult. it's quite simple. We cannot say they are the smartest people and Pakistanis are not as I am also in the same team working at this company. We are all same. They got the right culture and the right direction which we are lagging.
The main reason I came to know about why we are lagging behind good developers who can practically develop something is because of very sick guidance from the teachers who only know about the theory and nothing about practical infrastructure development and design.
So the code culture is all about providing guidance and making the culture of developers/coders/programmers in Pakistan. Our target audience is Fresh undergrads and fresh uni students who lose interest in the programming due to the wrong teachers.
